These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the lgd88 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bets.
Important Notice: By accessing lgd88 at lgd88.net, creating an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. 2.3 Single Account. Each player may hold only one (1) active account on lgd88. Operating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or through proxies, is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
2.4 Excluded Persons. Employees, contractors, directors, and immediate family members of lgd88 or any of its affiliated game providers are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money gambling on the platform.
2.5 Self-Excluded Players. Players who have voluntarily placed themselves under a self-exclusion period are not permitted to register new accounts or circumvent existing exclusion measures. Attempting to do so is a breach of these Terms.
3.1 To access real-money gambling features on lgd88, you must register a player account by providing accurate, current, and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, contact email address, and phone number.
3.2 KYC Verification. lgd88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and delayed withdrawals.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lgd88 account credentials. Any activity occurring under your account credentials is your responsibility. lgd88 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account if you have failed to maintain reasonable security of your login details.

3.5 lgd88 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects fraud, bonus abuse, identity misrepresentation, or any other violation of these Terms. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the player, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player through the original deposit method where technically feasible.
4.1 Supported Payment Methods. lgd88 supports the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank Transfer, CIMB Transfer, and Public Bank Transfer. Supported methods may be updated from time to time without notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method. Deposits are credited to your lgd88 account balance in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within the timeframes applicable to the chosen method. eWallet withdrawals (Touch n Go, Boost) typically complete within 10 minutes. Bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, or FPX typically complete within 1–3 hours during normal banking hours. lgd88 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard amounts; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name that has previously been used to deposit into your lgd88 account. lgd88 reserves the right to require full KYC completion before processing any withdrawal request.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. lgd88 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Unusual deposit patterns or withdrawal requests inconsistent with your gaming history may trigger enhanced due diligence reviews. lgd88 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests pending the outcome of such reviews.
4.6 Currency. All account balances, transactions, and displayed game values at lgd88 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Currency conversion is not offered on the platform.
5.1 lgd88 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the promotion detail page and take precedence over these general Terms in respect of that specific promotion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses awarded at lgd88 are subject to wagering requirements, which represent the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as specified) must be turned over in eligible gameplay before a withdrawal can be requested. Wagering requirements are stated on each promotion page. Failure to meet wagering requirements prior to withdrawal will result in forfeiture of the outstanding bonus balance.
5.3 Game Contribution. Different game types contribute at different rates towards bonus wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute 20%. Sportsbook bets may contribute at a rate specified on the relevant promotion. Zero-contribution games cannot be used to clear bonus wagering requirements.
5.4 Bonus Abuse. lgd88 actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering on both sides of an outcome to guarantee a profit regardless of result; systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to meet wagering requirements; and coordinated bonus harvesting across multiple accounts. Any account found to have engaged in bonus abuse may have bonuses voided and the account suspended without prior notice.
5.5 lgd88 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or expire any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion has been actively claimed, lgd88 will honour the terms as published at the time of claim unless evidence of abuse is found.
6.1 Game Integrity. All games available on lgd88 are provided by licensed third-party studios (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and others). Each game is governed by the rules of that game as defined by its provider. lgd88 does not modify game mechanics or outcomes.
6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error, lgd88 will follow the affected game provider's resolution procedure. lgd88 reserves the right to void any bet affected by a demonstrable technical error. "Plays in progress" interrupted by a disconnection will be resolved according to the game provider's standard rules for interrupted sessions.
6.3 Sportsbook. Sports betting is subject to additional rules published in the Sportsbook section of the platform, covering accepted bet types, settlement rules, void conditions, and in-play betting restrictions. In the case of any conflict between these general Terms and sport-specific betting rules, the sport-specific rules prevail for that market.
6.4 Maximum Winnings. lgd88 may impose maximum single-session or single-bet winnings caps, which are disclosed within individual game or promotion terms where applicable. lgd88 reserves the right to withhold payment of winnings that exceed published caps pending review.
7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on lgd88 and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
7.2 lgd88 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account where prohibited activity is suspected, pending or confirmed. In such cases, lgd88 may withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation and cooperate with relevant authorities as required by law.

10.2 lgd88's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 lgd88 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. While lgd88 maintains a 99.9% uptime target, no guarantee of continuous availability is made.
10.4 lgd88 is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where doing so is illegal, or technical failures attributable to your device or internet connection.
11.1 lgd88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 lgd88 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with game providers, payment processors, and regulatory bodies only where necessary to operate the platform, process transactions, and comply with legal obligations.
